E-invest.pl offers heat-resistant and heat-resistant steel. Heat-resistant and heat-resistant pipes, sections, profiles and sheets are particularly recommended for use in harsh environments.

Heat resistance refers to the resistance of steel to oxidizing gases at high temperatures above 550 degrees Celsius.

Heat resistance of steel defines its resistance to deformation at high temperatures, also above the limit of 550 degrees Celsius.

Heat-resistant and heat-resistant sheet acquires such physical properties due to the high content of additional alloys in the steel:

  • chromium,
  • nickel,
  • molybdenum,
  • wolfranium.

In most cases, heat-resistant and heat-resistant steel, is included in the class of stainless steel. Depending on the final composition of the steel, it can withstand temperatures ranging from 800 to as high as 1150 degrees Celsius.

Heat-resistant steel is great for load-bearing parts, pipes of industrial furnaces and steam boilers, whileheat-resistant steel is great for heavily loaded parts of industrial apparatus that operate at high ambient temperatures.

Heat-resistant and heat-resistant steel grades:

H13JS, H23N18, H25T, H18N9S, N20N12S2, H25N20S2

APPLICATIONS OF HEAT-RESISTANT AND HEAT-RESISTANT STEEL:

H6S2 – for bearing parts and rails, caps and tubes for industrial furnaces, steam boilers, parts of soot blowers, where high strength properties are not required.

H13JS – for lightly loaded parts of steam boilers, industrial furnaces, vacuum chamber dryers.

H25T – for lightly loaded mechanical parts of furnaces, annealing boxes, thermocouple covers, sulfur distillation apparatuses.

H18N9S – for mechanically loaded parts of industrial apparatus caps, pressure apparatus.

H23N18 – for heavily loaded parts of industrial apparatus working at high temperatures.

H16N36S2 – for heavily loaded parts in the oil and glass industry, working at high temperatures.
