Steel gratings can be manufactured from different types of materials with specific physical properties. E-Invest offers anti-slip surface gratings with covered or open mesh. Among them are ECO-FR steel gratings manufactured using a patented fire-resistant ortho-flat-polyester blend reinforced with fiberglass. The plastic steel gratings are resistant to fire and embers, and show corrosion resistance. They have anti-slip properties, so they can be successfully used as platform gratings and gratings.
Plastic gratings can be used in places where there are no requirements for high resistance to chemicals and fire extinguishing substances.
In addition, E-Invest has Ve-fr, fire-resistant gratings designed for highly chemically aggressive environments, as well as ISO-FR gratings that meet DNV approval requirements, M1-F0 SNPE fire and smoke.

ECO-FR gratings are manufactured using a patented fire-resistant glass fiber-reinforced ortho-flat-polyester compound. Gray color (RAL7040).
The ECO-FR series has a fire spread value of 25 or less according to ASTM E-84 tunnel test and a smoke index of 800 or less. The series also has an M1/F1 classification referring to NFP 92-501/NFF 16-101.
ECO-FR gratings show good corrosion resistance and have anti-slip properties of R13 according to BGR and DIN51130.
- Eco-nfr
ECO-NFR gratings are manufactured using a proprietary glass fiber-reinforced orthophlate-polyester compound. The color is steel gray (RAL9006). ECO-NFR gratings show good corrosion resistance and have anti-slip properties of R13 according to BGR and DIN51130. The gratings are designed for places where resistance to chemicals and extinguishing substances is not required.
- Iso-fr
Iso-fr gratings are manufactured using a proprietary fire-resistant orthophlate-polyester compound reinforced with fiberglass. Green color. ISO-FR have a fire spread value of 25 or less according to the ASTM E-84 tunnel test and a smoke index of 800 or less. These gratings meet the requirements of DNV approval, M1-F0 SNPE fire and smoke.
ISO-FR gratings show good corrosion resistance and have anti-slip properties of R13 according to BGR and DIN51130.
- Ve-fr
Type VE-FR, orange color (RAL2002), are made of high quality glass fiber reinforced vinyl-ester mix. These gratings have a fire spread value of 25 or less according to ASTM E-84 tunnel test and a smoke index of 800 or less. They are designed for highly chemically aggressive environments. These gratings meet the requirements of DNV, M1-F1 SNPE fire and smoke approval. The series has anti-slip properties of R13 according to BGR and DIN51130.
- Fd-fr
FD-FR gratings, light gray in color, are manufactured using a proprietary fire-resistant glass-fiber-reinforced orthophlate-polyester compound. FD-FR have a fire spread value of 20 or less according to ASTM E-84 tunnel test and a smoke index of 550 or less. These gratings meet DNV, M1-F0 SNPE fire and smoke approval requirements.
FD-FR gratings exhibit anti-slip properties of R13 according to BGR and DIN51130.
- Md-xfr
The MD-XFR series is the highest quality, self-extinguishing, fire-resistant grating with very low smoke index (ASTM E-84) and very low toxicity(BS476). This series is developed for places where all kinds of fumes are prohibited and resistance to specific chemicals is required. MD-XFR have a fire spread value of 15 or less according to the ASTM E-84 tunnel test and a smoke index of 45 or less.
- Iso-xfr
Type ISO-XFR, gray in color, are made of a premium polyester mix reinforced with fiberglass. XFR is the only grating that has a fire spread value of 10 or less according to the ASTM E-84 tunnel test.
- Ve-xfr
Type VE-XFR, gray in color, are made of premium polyester mix reinforced with fiberglass.XFR are the only gratings that have a fire spread value of 10 or less according to the ASTM E-84 tunnel test.
- Phenol xfr A-type/B-type
PH-XFR series is the highest quality, self-extinguishing, fire-resistant grating with very low smoke index(ASTM E-84) and very low toxicity(BS476).
Stair treads
Safestep stair treads are specially designed gratings for stairs. They are equipped with an additional anti-slip strip which increases safety and reduces deflection.
Ladders
Interstruct’s ladder system consists of isophthalic-polyester (ISO) profiles and meets EN ISO 14122-4:2004 standard for fixed ladders. Strength according to EN 131-2 standard. Color RAL 1018 yellow.Mounting kits are supplied separately to prevent damage during transport.

Ladders with protective cage:

Mounts
- M-type
M-type are used for mounting gratings directly support. Installation is easy, drilling of holes is required.
- S-type
S-type are specially designed for micro-grating. As with M-type, drilling of holes is required.
- B-type
B-type does not require drilling or the use of any tools. The clamp can be installed from above with one hand.
- F-type
F-type is used to connect gratings to each other.
- W-type
W-type is used for mounting solid gratings. It requires drilling.
