For industrial use there are a number of metal products, which, depending on the needs, are used as independent elements or components included in various constructions. An excellent example of this are various types of wire, on the basis of which, among other things, mesh and fencing are produced in many variants.

Among them are mentioned, among others:

  • stainless wires – available in a wide range of dimensions and in many states of hardness, these are, for example, chrome-nickel wires,
  • spring wires – as the name suggests, they are used for the production of springs,
  • heat-resistant wires – due to their properties, they are ideal, for example, in the role of welding wires,
  • galvanized wires and bare wires for galvanization – the most commonly used types are D6-2 standard DIN 17140 and C1006 standard ASTM A510 M-93,
  • coated wires – very often appear as mounting wires, the task of which is to improve the installation of fences and ensure their stability.

E-Invest offers customers a wide range of choices in wires and other metal products.

SPRING WIRES

We most often use wire grade DIN 17223, class A PN71/M-80057 from 1100-2100 MPa.

GALVANIZED WIRES AND BARE WIRES FOR GALVANIZATION

According to the needs and individual wishes of the customer, we use wires with different thicknesses of zinc coating from 40 to 300 g/m2.

In the case of low-carbon bare wires for galvanizing, steels with silicon content of up to 0.03% are most favorable.

Less favorable are steels containing silicon in the range of 0.12 ÷ 0.3.

The most commonly used grades are: D6-2, DIN 17140 standard, and C1006 ASTM A510 M-93 standard.
