One type of steel grating is welded grating, also known as welded mesh. They use a wire with a flat bar in its construction, which is welded together to form a single material. The bars in welded steel gratings can be of various shapes. They are responsible for binding the flat bars together. E-Invest offers customers welded grating and welded mesh made of round, grooved or square bars.
Customers can make versatile use of such gratings, including as bridge gratings, reinforcement gratings or wema gratings. Depending on the load for which they are intended, different mesh sizes and supporting flat bars are used to make such gratings. The customer can also order standard-width welded gratings, which will optimize the cost of the order and reduce delivery time. All the welded gratings we have in our offer are made of solid materials, with high strength and stability.
At the same time, the wire with a flat bar at the point of welding becomes a uniform material.
Bars as flat bar binding elements can be of various shapes.
We offer our customers:
- Round bars (d6 mm),
- Grooved bars,
- Square bars.

Welded gratings have versatile applications, so depending on the load they will carry, different sizes of mesh and supporting flat bars are used. Ordering standard widths (dissection) of welded grating for pitch t=25.5 and t=34.3 will ensure the lowest purchase cost and shortest delivery time. Below are the available heights of the supporting flat bar and thicknesses of the cross bars, as well as the standard mesh pitch for Mostostal type welded gratings | Diagrams |
